Cancellation Policy

All bookings with Park’er There require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Final guest counts, menu selections, and special requests must be confirmed no later than 5 days before your event. Changes after this time may not be accommodated. Late arrivals, venue access delays, or lack of space suitable for setup may result in reduced service time without refund. All clients are responsible for providing clear event instructions and ensuring the setup area meets our space and safety requirements. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather, truck malfunctions, or safety concerns. Any remaining balances must be paid before the start of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REVIEW OUR FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING.
